Is there anything better than getting to celebrate birthdays every day? This precious little miracle was born last week at Madison Hospital. What’s even more awesome is that her mom works in the Madision L&D department! A huge, heartfelt thanks to Chelsea for deciding to extend her little miracle by donating.
